How do they work?
Our cameras work with your house Internet, but you do not need a Wi-Fi signal at the barn- it doesn't have to reach. The system includeds antennas that will connect your barn to your home's Internet up to 3 miles away (line of sight required). Your cameras will then be visible on your phones or computers from anywhere. We have systems that also incorporate your TV, setups for Internet ready barns, barns off site, and farms with no Internet. If you do not have line of sight to the barn, we can many times offer an affordable alternative or work around, give us a call.
No skills needed
Our systems are preprogrammed to work right away. We color code your cables so there is no guessing what connects to what. If you have any trouble during installation we're just a phone call away. We have helped 1000's of customers. If installation is not an option for you, some customers contract an electrician or handyman to install the equipment. We will work them them just as we would with you. This still saves you an unbelievable amount of money.
Tech Support
Riverwind®, tech support is always free. All tech support is handled by us, in house in the USA. We often provide tech support through your computer while you watch. Problems are not common, but if they happen, we can usually narrow down the issue. Any warranty equipment is provided in advance of the return to get you back up and running faster. Most of the time, problems trace to a faulty Ethernet cable. Why pay a service call to replace a $10 cable or because you switched Internet providers.
