Superlive

This page is for systems using Eclipse DVRs.  The current app is Superlive Plus.  Superlive Plus replaced Eclipse Live which was virtually identical.  If you are still using Eclipse Live, we recommend installing and programming the new app as your old app will eventually stop working.  Windows computer viewing is done using your QR code, username and password at http://www.autonat.com (see video below) .  It is best viewed on Internet Explorer although recent updates make it sometimes necessary to view it on Microsoft Edge.  To view on Edge, you must enable IE mode (Internet Explorer Mode).  There is a video on this page and the general support page that will show you how to do this.  Eclipse recently updated the app and you know have the ability to register it.  Doing so will ensure that your programing is backed up, but save your QR code or write down your numbers first.  Registering an already programmed app may cause it to erase what has been entered and start fresh.  At this time, you may continue to use the app unregistered but your information will not be backed up.

Using Superlive Plus

The following video will help you install and setup your phone app for Internet viewing.  It uses the serial number we included on the instructions and put on the control unit/ DVR's box. If you have misplaced your serial number, call in. If it isn't saved in our file, we can recover it using your home PC.

Watching your cameras on a Windows computer:

You can view your cameras on a Windows computer through Internet Explorer (easiest) or Microsoft Edge (might require a setting change, covered in another video).

How to enable Microsoft Edge to work in IE mode:

The below video works well but don't use the compatibility toggle they show.  It works better without it.

If your Superlive Plus app is suddenly turning down the resolution, do the following to undo this unnecessary update.

  • Open the Superlive Plus app and click the rectangle icon in the upper left corner. The menu will open.
  • Click on Local.
  • Halfway down the page, you will see a line that says Resolution Adaptive with a toggle switch. Turn off the toggle switch.

It should be back to normal.  You will have to do this on all devices that use the app so pass this information on to other users.  Sorry this wasn't our idea.  Sometimes tech people can't leave well enough alone!
