This page is for setting up and programing the smart phone app and computer viewing for systems using the Alibi NVR/DVR/Control unit. Alibi boxes on a stand alone system prior to 2022 do not use this app.

The below video will walk you through setting up your app and sharing access to us for tech support. The system is registered to the first person who sets up an account and scans the QR code. After that, everyone else has access via a sharing feature on the app. The primary user can be changed later if needed although you would need to call in for support. (Enable full screen for a clearer video). We recommend having the most tech savvy member of the household as your primary account owner. You can use the same log in on multiple devices rather than sharing, but you will not be able to kick them off later. We recommend sharing to people you may need to disable down the road.
The below video will walk you through sharing video access with other phones/users. These users can have full access, or you can limit access to only certain cameras or functions. You can add or cancel sharing at any time from the primary users account.
